Her Story

Weiting is a globally-minded education professional with demonstrated leadership in school development, student affairs, and cross-cultural communication. She graduated as the top student from her high school in Australia, ranking fourth in the state in advanced mathematics, and served as the only Chinese member of the student council. At the University of Hong Kong, she received multiple scholarships while majoring in Psychology and German. She also served as a Faculty Ambassador and participated in exchange programs at Tsinghua University, the University of Toronto, and LMU Munich. During her postgraduate studies at the University of Cambridge in Psychology and Education, she continued her leadership journey through active involvement in the CSSA.

 

Weiting is passionate about driving innovation in education through strategic development, international partnerships, and holistic student growth. She has gained valuable experience at institutions such as the Shanghai Film Critics Society and Cambridge Global Consulting, where she worked on film translation, cross-cultural publications, and global initiatives related to the Belt and Road Initiative and international finance. These experiences have equipped her with strong capabilities in resource integration and global collaboration. She believes education is not only about delivering knowledge, but about shaping future-oriented, globally aware individuals. Looking ahead, she aspires to serve as a strategic bridge in school leadership—creating inclusive, future-ready, and internationally impactful learning environments.
