Our streamlined application process includes three key steps to ensure a smooth journey to enrollment:

Submit Information

Prospective students must complete and submit an application form with basic personal and academic details.

Deposit Payment

Once your application is reviewed, a deposit payment is required to secure your place in the programme.

Upon receipt of the deposit, students will receive an official acceptance letter along with further instructions to prepare for the programme.

  • The partner institution signs a study programme cooperation agreement with Charles College

  • The partner institution signs project agreements with the study participants separately.

  • 3-5 months before the programme starts, the partner institution provides the "Study Participants Information Form" to Charles College. Partner universities or Charles College will send official admission letters and invitations to the study participants.

  • After the participants' visas are issued, the partner institution pays the remaining balance to Charles College.

  • Study participants and team leaders from the partner institution handle the admission procedures according to the project schedule and arrangements.

Apply from your own

  • Select a Programme and Submit Required Documents: Students must select their desired study programme and complete the online application form.

  • Confirm Payment and Submit Proof: Once payment is completed, students must upload the payment proof and confirm their application with Charles College. If an invitation letter is required, students should inform Charles College during the confirmation process. The college will provide this free of charge.

  • Application Review and Admission Notification: Within 3-5 business days of submitting the complete application, Charles College will review the application. Upon approval, students will receive an admission confirmation email from info@charlescollege.com. Please ensure you check your inbox regularly and retain the email for your records.

  • Final Admission Notification and Invoice: Prior to the programme start date, Charles College will send a formal admission letter and a payment invoice via email.

  • Bank Transfer Fees: Any bank transfer fees incurred during payment will be covered by Charles College, and no additional charges will be required from students.
